Package terms and conditions
Massage packages are prepaid and for one named client only. Sessions must be booked in advance and used before the package expiry date. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being deducted from your package. Packages are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Packages cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless agreed in writing.

How it works
Buy your package online
Register for an account on our website or log in to your existing account. Choose your preferred package, complete checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Book your massage sessions
Log in using the same email address used to purchase your package. Then book an eligible treatment through our booking page.
​
Redeem your sessions
When booking an included service, your package session will be applied where available. One session will be deducted from your package after each confirmed booking.
​
Please book all sessions before your package expiry date. Packages are for one named client only and cannot be shared or transferred unless agreed by Healing Point Glasgow.
