  • 30 minutes £35

  • 60 minutes £55

  • 90 minutes £75

  • 120 minutes £95

 

Treatment procedure :

​

  • First, during an initial consultation, your therapist does a postural analysis and asks about any muscles that require special attention.

  • Your therapist then leaves the room to allow you to undress in complete privacy.

  • When you are ready, they begin by warming your muscles with light compressions.

  • Then the therapist uses a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, friction and vibration while regularly checking to ensure that the pressure is adequately firm.

  • As trigger points are located, direct pressure is applied to release them.

  • After the massage, your therapist discusses a self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatments, if necessary.

Precautions :

For undertaking any massage treatment, make sure to inform your therapist about if:

  • You are pregnant or think of may be pregnant

  • You have any medical diseases

  • You are taking medication for any underlying medical problem

  • You have recently undergone surgery or a serious injury

  • You are prone to allergy or allergic to specific things

  • You have sensitive skin, sores or active infection

  • Please give 24 hour notice for cancellation or to reschedule.

  • Cancellations on less than 24 hour notice and “no Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved Services price.

  • Bookings can be rescheduled up till 30 days after original booking.

  • Deposit can be implemented to secure bookings.

  • Please contact if you cannot make your appt for any reason whatsoever.
