Important Information

This is a content-model session, not a regular complimentary massage appointment.

During the appointment, photographs and video footage will be taken while you receive a massage. Selected footage may be edited and used to advertise and promote Healing Point – Glasgow.

By requesting this appointment, you are expressing an interest in participating in promotional filming. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that your appointment will be accepted.

Healing Point reserves the right to select participants based on the requirements of each planned video or advertising campaign.

Who Can Apply?

​

To participate, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over

• Be comfortable being photographed and recorded

• Be comfortable receiving a massage while filming takes place

• Be willing to follow reasonable directions from our filming team

• Arrive on time and remain available for the full appointment

• Complete our normal health consultation before receiving the massage

• Read and sign our Content Model and Appearance Release before filming begins

You do not need to have previous modelling or filming experience.

What Will Happen During the Appointment?

​

Your appointment may include:

• Preparation of the treatment room

• Short staged arrival or reception footage

• Footage of you meeting or speaking with the therapist

• Preparing for the treatment

• Selected parts of the massage

• Close-up footage of massage techniques

• General relaxation and wellness footage

• Photographs taken during or after the treatment

• A short voluntary interview or testimonial after the massage

The appointment may take longer than the massage itself because additional time may be required for setting up cameras, repeating certain movements and recording different angles.

The massage will still be performed professionally, with appropriate draping and respect for your privacy and comfort.

Treatment Provided

​

The exact treatment, therapist, duration and areas being demonstrated will be confirmed before your appointment.

The treatment may be selected according to the type of promotional content Healing Point needs to create. It may not be possible to choose any massage treatment from our regular service menu.

The treatment will be provided at no financial cost to you as compensation for your time and participation in the promotional filming.

The complimentary treatment:

• Has no cash value

• Cannot be exchanged for money

• Cannot be transferred to another person

• Cannot be replaced with a gift voucher or account credit

• Cannot be combined with another promotion

• Will only be provided as part of the agreed filming appointment

How the Content May Be Used

​

Selected photographs, video footage and audio recordings may be edited and used by Bangkok D.D.D. Ltd, trading as Healing Point – Glasgow, for business advertising and promotional purposes.

This may include use on:

• The Healing Point – Glasgow website

• Instagram

• Facebook

• TikTok

• YouTube

• Google Business Profile

• Online booking platforms

• Email marketing

• Digital advertising

• Paid social-media advertisements

• Promotional videos

• Posters, leaflets, brochures and other printed materials

• In-store screens or displays

• Business presentations

• Public-relations and media materials

The content may be cropped, shortened, subtitled, combined with music, graphics, text, voiceovers or other footage, and adapted into different formats.

​

The content may remain publicly available for an extended period. Social-media posts may also be shared, copied or saved by other users outside Healing Point’s control.

​

Your Face and Identity

​

Depending on the content being created, your face may be clearly identifiable.

Before filming begins, we will explain whether the planned footage will include:

• Your full face

• A partial view of your face

• Your body or treatment areas without your face

• Your voice

• Your first name

• A written or recorded testimonial

​

Please do not request this appointment unless you are comfortable with the level of visibility explained in the service information and Content Model Release.

​

We will not publish your surname, contact details, medical information or other private information unless you have separately and expressly agreed to it.

​

Interview or Testimonial

​

You may be invited to provide a short interview or testimonial about your experience.

Any testimonial must reflect your genuine experience and personal opinion. You will not be required to make statements that you do not agree with.

​

Healing Point may edit a testimonial for length and clarity, but we will not intentionally change the meaning of what you have said.

​

Receiving a complimentary massage in return for participating in the filming may be disclosed alongside the content where appropriate.

​

You should not make claims that a massage has diagnosed, treated or cured a medical condition. Please focus on your personal experience, such as how comfortable, relaxed or cared for you felt.

​

Privacy During the Treatment

​

Your dignity and comfort are important to us.

​

The following arrangements will apply:

• Appropriate towels and draping will be used throughout the treatment

• Only agreed body areas will be recorded

• Private areas will not be exposed or filmed

• Your private health consultation will not be recorded

• Your medical history will not be included in the promotional content

• Other clients will not be filmed without their permission

• You may tell the filming team if a position or shot makes you uncomfortable

• You may ask for filming to pause at any point during the session

However, because filming is an essential part of this particular appointment, repeatedly refusing all agreed filming may mean that the session cannot continue as a Content Model Session.

​

Health and Treatment Suitability

​

You must complete Healing Point’s standard health and treatment consultation honestly before receiving the massage.

​

Participation in filming does not guarantee that a massage can be provided. The therapist may change, shorten or refuse the treatment if they believe it would be unsafe or unsuitable because of a health condition, injury, medication, recent procedure or other contraindication.

​

Your health and safety will always take priority over the filming.

​

Your health information will be handled separately from the promotional content and will not be included in advertising materials without separate, explicit agreement.

​

Clothing and Preparation

​

You may be given guidance about suitable clothing before the appointment.

​

Depending on the filming plan, you may be asked to bring or wear:

• Plain, neutral-coloured clothing

• Comfortable clothing suitable for massage

• Clothing without large logos or visible brand names

• Suitable underwear for professional massage draping

• Minimal jewellery

• ​

Please arrive clean and ready for filming. Avoid wearing clothing or accessories displaying offensive wording, third-party advertising or protected characters and logos.

​

Do not make major changes to your appearance after being selected without informing us, as the filming plan may have been prepared using the information or photographs supplied with your application.

​

Arrival and Timing

​

Please arrive at the time stated in your confirmation.

​

The appointment time includes preparation, filming and treatment. There may be periods when the filming team needs to adjust lighting, cameras or room arrangements.

​

Please do not arrange another commitment immediately after the appointment, as filming sessions may occasionally take longer than expected.

​

Late arrival may result in the appointment being shortened or cancelled.

​

Booking and Selection Process

​

This service should be submitted as a booking request.

​

After receiving your request, Healing Point may contact you to:

• Confirm your suitability and availability

• Explain the content being created

• Ask for a recent photograph

• Discuss the treatment and filming requirements

• Confirm what clothing to bring

• Arrange a different date or time

• Decline the request if you do not match the requirements of the current campaign

​

An appointment is not confirmed until you receive a separate confirmation from Healing Point.

​

Selection decisions are based on the requirements of the planned content and do not represent a judgment about your appearance or personal suitability generally.

​

Cancellation and Non-Attendance

​

Filming appointments require preparation, therapist time and filming arrangements.

​

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend.

​

Repeated cancellation, cancellation at short notice or failure to attend may mean that you are not considered for future Content Model Sessions.

​

Healing Point may reschedule or cancel the session if:

• The therapist or filming team becomes unavailable

• Equipment or premises issues affect filming

• The required content changes

• The participant is no longer suitable for the planned campaign

• The treatment cannot be provided safely

• Unexpected business circumstances arise

​

Where Healing Point cancels the session before the massage takes place, no cash payment, replacement treatment or financial compensation will normally be provided.

​

Content Review and Editing

​

Healing Point will decide which footage is suitable for use and how the final content will be edited.

​

Participation does not guarantee that your footage will be published.

​

Unless agreed separately in writing:

• You will not have editorial control over the final video or photographs

• You will not automatically receive copies of the raw footage

• You will not be entitled to approve every edit before publication

• You will not receive royalties or further payment if the content is used

• You will not own the final photographs, video or edited advertising materials

​

Healing Point will take reasonable care not to use footage in a deliberately embarrassing, degrading, misleading or inappropriate manner.

​

Personal Information and Data Protection

​

Photographs, video footage and audio recordings in which you can be identified are personal information.

Healing Point will provide you with privacy information explaining:

• Who is responsible for your personal information

• Why the content is being collected

• The lawful basis relied upon

• How and where the content may be used

• Who may receive or process the content

• How the content will be stored

• How long it may be retained

• Your data-protection rights

• How to contact us about your information

• How to make a complaint

Raw footage will only be available to people who reasonably need access to it, which may include Healing Point management, authorised staff, photographers, videographers, content editors and marketing service providers.

​

We may use professional service providers to store, edit, organise or publish the content. These providers may include cloud-storage, website, social-media and advertising platforms.

​

Changing Your Mind

​

You may cancel your participation before the filming appointment by contacting Healing Point.

You may also ask us about stopping future use of identifiable footage after filming has taken place. Any request will be handled according to the lawful basis being used, the Content Model Release, applicable data-protection law and the circumstances of the request.

​

Where we rely on your consent for a particular use, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not make any use that occurred before the withdrawal unlawful.

​

We will take reasonable steps to stop future use where legally required. However, it may not always be possible to:

• Recall printed materials already produced or distributed

• Remove copies independently shared or downloaded by other people

• Remove content from third-party websites outside our control

• Recover materials already supplied for an active campaign

• Remove your appearance from group footage without also removing the entire content

Full details will be included in the privacy notice and Content Model Release provided before filming.

​

Model Release

​

Before filming begins, you will be asked to read and sign a separate Content Model and Appearance Release.

​

The release will confirm matters including:

• The content you have agreed to create

• The permissions granted to Healing Point

• The media and platforms on which the content may be used

• Whether your face, voice or name may be used

• The compensation you will receive

• Editing and publication rights

• Data-protection information

• How to contact Healing Point with a concern or request

​

Please take time to read the document. Ask us about anything you do not understand before signing it.

You are not required to participate. However, Healing Point cannot provide the complimentary Content Model Session unless the necessary filming and content-use arrangements have been agreed.

​

Respectful and Professional Conduct

​

Healing Point provides professional massage and wellness services only.

​

No sexual, erotic or inappropriate behaviour will be accepted. Any inappropriate conduct, comments or requests will result in the session ending immediately.

​

Participants must behave respectfully towards therapists, staff, photographers and other people involved in the filming.
