At Healing Point - Glasgow, you can book your treatment in advance and pay on the day of your appointment (unless a deposit is stated for your selected service).

What “Book Now, Pay Later” means

Our Book Now, Pay Later option means:

  • You can reserve your appointment today

  • Your card is used to secure the booking. (No payment taken)

  • Payment is usually made at your appointment, after your treatment

This gives you peace of mind knowing your time is booked, while keeping payment simple and flexible.

Important:

Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking (for example, certain online bookings or selected treatments). If this applies, it will be clearly shown before you complete your booking.

Card on file (for secure booking)

To secure your appointment, we ask all clients to provide a valid credit or debit card when booking.

Your card details are:

  • Stored securely through our booking system

  • Used only in line with our booking and cancellation terms

  • Not charged at the time of booking, unless a deposit or prepayment is required

We use secure payment processing via Wix.com, and Healing Point does not store your full payment details directly.

When your card may be charged

Your card on file will only be charged if:​

  • A late cancellation fee applies

  • A no-show fee applies

  • Another charge has been clearly agreed in advance

We will never process charges outside of our stated booking terms.

Payment on the day

For most appointments, full payment is due at the end of your treatment unless agreed otherwise in advance.

  • Card

  • Approved online payment methods

If you add extra time or services during your session, any additional amount must be paid before departure.

All payments are processed securely and may appear on your bank statement as:

Healing Point or WIX.com

Cancellation & rescheduling

We understand plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help.

Our policy

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are charged 100% of the service fee

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 30 days from the original booking date, subject to availability

If you’re unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to offer an alternative.
