Cancellation & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are charged 100% of the service fee

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 30 days from the original booking date, subject to availability
