Cancellation Policy
By completing your booking, you agree to Healing Point Glasgow’s cancellation and no-show policy. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, a late cancellation or no-show fee may apply. If you paid online, your payment may be retained. If you selected pay later, your card on file may be charged. If you booked using a massage package, the session may be deducted from your package. All treatments are subject to health suitability. Please note that we do not provide massage treatments for pregnant clients. Massage is a complementary wellbeing treatment and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
