By securing your booking with a card, you authorise Healing Point to charge any applicable late cancellation or no-show fee in line with our Terms and Conditions. Your card details are held securely through Wix.com and may be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment. Any applicable fee will be clearly shown before you confirm your booking. Appointments may be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date. By booking, you agree to these terms and confirm that your payment details are valid. Massage treatments are provided for general wellbeing and relaxation only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. We are not responsible for any pain, injury, reaction, or medical issue that may occur following treatment. We are also not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings while on the premises. Please note: we do not provide massage treatments for pregnant clients.
