Service Description
Receive a complimentary massage in return for taking part in photos and videos for Healing Point – Glasgow. This is a special promotional filming appointment, separate from our regular massage services. Selected parts of your visit and treatment will be photographed or recorded for Healing Point’s marketing. Filming may include your arrival, meeting the therapist, treatment-room preparation, agreed parts of the massage, relaxation scenes and photographs during or after treatment. You may also be invited to share a short, genuine comment about your experience. Selected content may be edited and used on our website, social media, booking platforms, printed materials and paid advertising. Your face, voice or first name may appear where agreed in advance. Professional draping will be used. Private areas will not be exposed or filmed, and your health consultation or medical information will not be recorded for advertising. You must be aged 18 or over and medically suitable for the selected treatment. Before the appointment, you will complete our health consultation and sign a Content Model Session Participation and Filming Agreement. The complimentary massage is provided in return for your time and participation. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, converted into a gift voucher or combined with another offer. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Healing Point may select participants according to the campaign and content required. We may contact you before confirmation to discuss availability, clothing, filming arrangements and reasonable restrictions. The appointment may take longer than the massage because extra time may be needed for preparation, camera setup and different angles. You may ask for filming to pause and should tell the therapist or filming team if you feel uncomfortable. However, filming is essential to this service, and the session may be changed or ended if the agreed content can no longer be created. Cancellation Policy
This is a promotional appointment, separate from regular massage services. The participant receives a complimentary massage in return for taking part in agreed photography and filming for Healing Point – Glasgow. Filming may include arrival scenes, meeting the therapist, parts of the massage, relaxation footage, photographs and, where agreed, a short interview or testimonial. Participants must be aged 18 or over and suitable for the selected treatment. Before the session, they must complete our health consultation and sign the Content Model Session Participation and Filming Agreement. Health information must be provided honestly. The therapist may adapt, shorten or stop the treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable. Professional draping will be used. Private areas will not be exposed or filmed, and health information will not be used in advertising. Participants may ask for filming to pause or refuse a particular angle or position if uncomfortable. If filming cannot continue, Healing Point may change or end the session. Selected content may be edited and used on Healing Point’s website, social media, booking platforms, printed materials and paid advertising, as stated in the signed agreement. Healing Point may crop, shorten, subtitle or combine content with music, graphics or other footage. Content will not be intentionally used in a degrading, sexual, misleading or inappropriate way. The complimentary massage has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for money, replaced with a gift voucher or combined with another offer. A booking request does not guarantee selection. Healing Point may accept, decline or rearrange a request according to campaign needs. Participants should give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel. Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may affect future eligibility. Healing Point may cancel or rearrange the session because of staffing, equipment, safety or campaign changes. By booking and signing the agreement, the participant confirms that they understand the session, planned content use and compensation. This policy does not remove any rights available under applicable law.
