We’re not looking to take over your pub or bar.
We’re looking for an existing venue where we can independently operate the food side of the business, while you continue running your bar as normal.

A straightforward rental arrangement for your existing commercial kitchen.
Kitchen Residency
Our Thai food concept operates from your venue as an independent kitchen residency.
Food Concession
We manage and operate the food offering within your pub/bar.
Revenue Share
A partnership arrangement where the commercial terms are linked to food sales.
We’re flexible and happy to discuss other arrangements that make commercial sense for both sides.
What We're Looking For?
We’re particularly interested in an existing, operating pub or bar with a commercial kitchen.
Ideally, the venue would have:
