Guidelines for Cleaning Procedures

What to do when you start and finish work

Cleaning Routine

 

All therapists will be responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintain the tidiness in the premises. You will find all instructions and a handsheet. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.  Please find the details below: 

 

Section 1

 

Please ensure that the following details in the section 1 has completed before start working:

 

Massage Oil : Make sure that the oil bottle is filled and the oil warmer machine is switched on.

Massage Table : Ensure that the massage table is clean and well presented. Switch on the electric blanket sheet to make it warm.

Treatment Room :

1. Please check the floor to make sure that there is no oil spillage in the floor. 

2. Check all the furniture and surface, male sure that they are sparkling clean and have no dust.

3. Check the bin if it’s clean, empty and ready to use.

4. Prepare the light system and lid the candles.

5. Please check if the Scent Plug is switched on.

6. Make sure that the room temperature is warm enough for a client.

*Please be aware that client are undressed. They might feel colder than you. Recommended temperature is 22-23 degrees.

 

Section 2

 

Please ensure that the following details in the section 2 has completed after you finished work :

 

Massage Oil :

1. Please fill the oil bottle after you finish work

2. Make sure the oil warmer switch is on? **DO NOT switch off, please leave it on.

** It's a smart socket. timing has been set. It'll switch on and off by itself.

Massage Table :

1. Please make sure that the under-breath hole is clean

4. Please prepare the massage table and make it ready to use next day

Treatment Room :

1. Please check the floor to make sure that there is no oil spillage on the floor. 

2. Check all the furniture and surface, make sure that they are sparkling clean and have no dust.

3. Check the bin if it’s clean, empty and ready to use.

4. Recheck if the light system and candles are all off.

5. Please check if the Scent Plug is switched on.

6. Make sure that the Heater turns down to 7 degrees and the Electric blanket sheet is switched off

Common cleaning TASK


Extra Cleaning Tasks

1. Please help empty the baskets and put them in the plastic bag. 

Big item: 15 pieces, Small items: 30 pieces

2. Please help filling the fresh towels on the shelf

3. Please empty the bin both in the reception and in the pantry area when it is filled. 


 

Section 3

 

We must help each other looking after the place. Cleanliness and hygiene is a must for us. 

**Please refrain from leaving early and assist with cleaning and maintaining the premises

 

Reception area

1. Please clean client's area ( chairs, sofa, magazines, menu sheet, side table, cabinets, bin )

2. Please make sure that scent plug is on.

3. Does the sign on the door is in a correct side

4. Does the rug and the floor are clean?

5. Please clean the main door both sides

6. Please wipe the heater and turn it on at 24 degrees

Corridor

1. Please lid the oil burner? Please add fragrance oil into the oil burner and make sure the candle was blown off after the day.

2. Please turn on the heater to 24 degrees and turn off to 7 degrees after the day.

3. Make sure the floor is clean?

4. Please make sure that scentplug is on.

5. Are there enough candles in the baskets? There are packs of candles in the cupboard near the toilet.

Panty area

1. Are there enough linens on the shelf?

2. The towel warmer: Please fill it with wet towels. Switch off after the day and remove all the wet towels, put them in the bowl.

Pantry area

3. Is the sink area tidy? Did you wash stuff in the sink?

4. Is the floor clean?

5. Please empty the bin when it's full or necessary

Toilet

1. Is the chest drawer in front of the toilet clean and tidy?

2. Does the toilet seat is clean? (both side)

3. Did you wipe the toilet tank?

4. Are there enough tissue rolls?

5. Upper area near the clear glass is sometimes dusty. Did you check and clean it?

6. Is the floor clean?

7. Did you clean the sink? Make sure the hand gel box is clean and no water stuck.

8. Did you change the hand towel?

9. Please make sure that the room spray is working well. Otherwise please report to me

Treatment room

1. Please make sure that the switch for a smart socket. is ON. You'll see the solid green light while it is on.

2. Please make sure that scentplug is on.

3. Any dirt that needs to be clean?

4. Make sure that there is no oil spillage on the floor.

5. Make sure that there is no dust on any surface.

6. Make sure that rooms are warm enough to receive client

7. Please check the bin.

Extra Cleaning Tasks

**Please sweep the floor and mop all floors properly including treatment rooms, unless it’s occupied by another therapist.

Staff room

1. Please empty the baskets and put them in the plastic bag. 

Big item: 15 pieces, Small items:30 pieces

2. Please tidy the fresh laundry bags
